Zora $10 New User Incentive Program
Zora may offer a sign-up incentive of approximately $10 USD equivalent in ZORA tokens (the “Reward”) to eligible new users who have not previously created a Zora account (the “Program”). Eligibility is determined by Zora in its discretion and may be subject to verification or other requirements. The Program is available only to users who are permitted to access and use the Zora platform under Zora’s Terms of Service and applicable laws and regulations. Limit one Reward per eligible user. Eligibility does not guarantee receipt of a Reward.
Zora may modify, restrict, delay, or revoke this offer at any time, with or without notice, including in cases of suspected abuse, technical issues, or for operational reasons.
The Reward is denominated in ZORA tokens (or equivalent value) and is not fiat currency. Its value may fluctuate and is not guaranteed. Zora does not guarantee execution price, liquidity, or availability of any asset and is not responsible for market performance or outcomes. The Reward is intended for use within the Zora platform, including for trading available assets.The Reward is subject to availability and may be discontinued once the allocated amount has been exhausted.

Zora does not custody user assets. Users are solely responsible for their wallets, credentials, and transactions.

Zora reserves the right to restrict or revoke participation in the Program in cases of suspected abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, automation, or other manipulative behavior.
Users are solely responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the receipt or use of the Reward.
