Verifying your profile

To make Zora the most trusted place to launch and trade Creator Coins, we display clearer account details so you can make informed decisions about who you're interacting with.

If a profile launches a Creator Coin but hasn't linked any external social accounts (like X, TikTok, Farcaster or Instagram), it will be labelled UNVERIFIED. This doesn't mean the account is malicious — it just means the user hasn't taken public steps to confirm their identity.

Linking your socials helps in several ways:

• Adds context and trust by displaying linked social accounts on your profile

• Helps others decide before buying or trading your coin

• Reduces impersonation and increases transparency across the platform

Zora does not offer a formal "verified" badge. Instead, you verify your profile by linking at least one external social media account so others can confidently identify you. You can currently link a X, TikTok, Farcaster or Instagram account.

Once you’ve linked a social account to your Zora account, that platform's icon will appear on your profile, clickable and visible to others

1. Go to your profile

2. Click “Edit profile”

3. Under the “Verify” section, click the social platform you want to connect

4. Follow the prompts to authorise
