Zora New User and Referral Rewards Program

Zora may offer promotional rewards to eligible new users and eligible existing users who invite new users to Zora through referral links, invite codes, promotional codes, campaign links, or other Zora-approved methods (the “Program”).

Under the Program, an eligible new user who has not previously created or used a Zora account may receive a reward of approximately $10 USD equivalent in $ZORA tokens, or such other amount specified by Zora, after signing up through an eligible referral link, invite code, promotional code, campaign link, or other approved method (the “New User Reward”).

Eligible existing users may also receive a separate reward for inviting new users to Zora (the “Invite Reward”). An Invite Reward is earned only when a new user: (i) creates a Zora account using the existing user’s eligible referral link or invite code; and (ii) completes the qualifying activity specified by Zora, which may include completing at least $5 USD equivalent in cumulative qualifying trading activity on the Zora platform. Zora-issued promotional codes may qualify an eligible new user for a New User Reward, but they are not treated as user referral links or invite codes for purposes of earning an Invite Reward unless Zora expressly states otherwise.

Each eligible new user may receive only one New User Reward. Unless otherwise specified by Zora, each eligible existing user may receive one Invite Reward of approximately $10 USD equivalent in $ZORA tokens for each eligible new user who satisfies the Program requirements, up to a maximum of ten (10) Invite Rewards or approximately $100 USD equivalent in $ZORA tokens per eligible existing user.

Zora may specify different or additional reward amounts, caps, qualifying requirements, timing, or availability in the app, offer page, campaign materials, or other Program communications, and those offer-specific terms will apply to the applicable offer. In the event of a conflict between these Program terms and any offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms will govern solely with respect to that offer. Zora may determine eligibility, attribution, qualifying activity, and compliance with the Program in its sole discretion.

The Program is available only to users who are permitted to access and use the Zora platform under Zora’s Terms of Service and applicable laws and regulations. Zora may modify, restrict, delay, suspend, or revoke the Program, any offer, or any reward at any time, with or without notice, including in cases of suspected abuse, technical issues, market conditions, limited availability, or operational reasons.

Rewards are denominated in $ZORA tokens or equivalent value and are not fiat currency. Their value may fluctuate and is not guaranteed. Zora does not guarantee execution price, liquidity, availability of any asset, or any market outcome. Rewards are intended for use within the Zora platform, including for trading available assets. Rewards are subject to availability and may be discontinued once the allocated amount has been exhausted.

Digital assets are highly volatile and may lose value, including total loss. Prices are determined by independent market activity outside of Zora’s control. Participation in the Program does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation of securities. Participation in the Program does not guarantee any profit, trading gain, or increase in the value of any digital asset.

Transactions may involve smart contracts, third-party protocols, blockchain infrastructure, wallets, or other third-party services. Zora is not responsible for failed, delayed, reversed, or incomplete transactions, network congestion, protocol issues, wallet issues, or third-party services. Zora does not guarantee that any transaction involving a reward will be successfully executed or completed.

Zora does not custody user assets. Users are solely responsible for their wallets, credentials, private keys, and transactions.

Participation in the Program is subject to Zora’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Zora reserves the right to restrict, delay, deny, revoke, or claw back participation in the Program or any reward in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, ineligibility, or manipulation, including: self-referrals or referrals between accounts controlled by the same person; use of multiple accounts, wallets, devices, or identities to generate rewards; device, network, wallet, or behavioral fingerprint matching indicating coordinated activity; automated or scripted activity; wash trading or artificial trading activity; reversed, failed, or invalid transactions; or attempts to circumvent Program limits, attribution rules, or eligibility requirements.

Zora may use referral links, invite codes, promo codes, attribution data, device information, wallet information, platform activity, and other relevant information to determine eligibility, attribution, and compliance with the Program. Zora’s determinations are final.

Users are solely responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the receipt or use of any reward.
