How to mint your first post

Minting on the Zora App is a simple way to show your support for another creator by collecting their posts. You will need a Mints balance to mint on the Zora App. Follow our full guide to adding your mint balance here; otherwise, you can follow our quick guide below:

1. Tap the + icon in the top right corner to view your Mints balance

2. Tap "Buy Mints"

   • Mints cost $3.99 USD (displayed in local currency).

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase

4. Once the transaction is confirmed, your Mint balance will be updated.

1. Search for a post that you want to mint by scrolling our Home Feed or by checking out the Explore page (Tap the 🔎 icon)

2. When you find a post you want to mint, there are two ways to bring up the modal:

   • Double-tap the post

   • Tap the ⊕ symbol

3. Select one of the default mint quantities or enter a custom amount.

4. Optional Step: Add a comment with your mint by typing into the text box

5. Tap the “+” to finalize your mint.
