When placing a bid with any ERC-20 token, such as USDC, wETH or DAI you will need to approve your bid before it can be placed.

Why?

Zora is a portal which allows you to directly interact with the blockchain. When you go to place a bid, you need to provide approval for Zora's contract to interact on your behalf including with any ERC-20 tokens you use. Luckily, we take all the guess work out of the interaction and all that is needed from you is to sign a transaction that appears within your connected wallet.

How to approve your bid

All you need to do is accept the transaction that appears within your connected wallet.
