The duration of the auction is the length of time that the auction runs after the first bid is placed.

For example, let's say we set the auction duration to 10 days. This is not the amount of time it will be listed for. In this example, 10 days would be the length of time that the auction runs only once a bid that matches the reserve price has been met. Once you receive your first bid, the auction duration you set (between 1-10 days) will be triggered - starting your live auction.

Please note:

  • Once an auction has begun, you’re unable to change the auction duration.

  • If you do cancel the auction, there is a gas fee to re-list it.
