Making Your First Trade on Zora

On Zora, every post is also a tradable coin (ERC-20 token). You can buy or sell anytime through an always-available market, whether you’re supporting a creator, collecting a meme, or just exploring.

When you trade on Zora, you’re buying and selling coins (ERC-20 tokens) through a Uniswap liquidity pool. These coins can be collected, sold when you want to exit, or held to build a portfolio of the content and creators you believe in.

1. Navigate to the coin you want.

2. Enter a custom ETH amount or choose a preset (0.001, 0.01, 0.1, or max).

   • Tip: Check the “You’ll receive” amount before confirming.

3. Select Buy again to complete your purchase.

4. Your balance updates automatically once the transaction is confirmed.

Quick Tip: On mobile, touch and hold or double-tap a coin you own to open the trade sheet quickly.

1. Navigate to the coin you want to sell.

2. Tap Sell.

3. Enter a custom amount or pick a preset (25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%).

   • Tip: Review the “You’ll receive” amount before confirming.

4. Select Sell to complete your trade.

5. Your ETH balance updates automatically once the transaction is confirmed.
