$ZORA Eligibility and Allocation

This is an overview of all historical and legacy activities that were considered for the airdrop in Snapshot 1 and Snapshot 2.

The airdrop allocated 1,000,000,000 $ZORA to 2,415,024 unique addresses. 

Snapshots:

Most of the airdropped tokens are allocated based on Snapshot 1. Snapshot 2 received a smaller allocation pool due to its shorter window and covers activities on Zora’s newest protocol: Coins (including platforms built on Zora’s newest protocol). 

Snapshot 1 includes activity from 00:00:00 UTC January 1, 2020, up until 14:00:00 UTC March 3, 2025.

Snapshot 2 includes activity from 14:00:00 UTC March 3, 202,5 up until 00:00:00 UTC April 20, 2025.


Eligibility:

To be eligible, your wallet must first meet the eligibility criteria. If eligible, your token allocation is calculated based on your activity on Zora and overall engagement with the current protocol and its legacy versions.

Posted, minted, traded or referred on Zora*

*Zora includes the app on web, iOS, Android and all its official factories (including third-party platforms integrating the Zora Protocol). Only ERC-721, ERC-1155 and ERC-20 contracts created by official Zora factories are considered for the allocation. Contracts from various versions of the protocol, such as Auction House, Markets and Wow, are also included. Personal and work-related wallets of Zora past and present employees are excluded from this Airdrop.


Allocation:

Allocation is calculated based on your activity on Zora, including but not limited to coining, minting, trading and referring. The allocation criteria are as follows:

Primary:

ETH Spent

Total ETH spent buying posts including Coins and Mints on Zora. Does not include spend on auctions.

ETH Earned

Total ETH earned on Zora through a combination of protocol rewards and primary sales from Coins and Mints. Does not include proceeds from auctions.

Posts

Number of posts created on Zora. Includes Coins and Mints.

Mints and Trades

Volume of mints and trades by unique wallets received on your posts. Includes Coins and Mints.

Create Referral

Rewards earned from onboarding users to post on Zora. Includes invites and alternative clients.

Buy Referrals

Rewards earned from driving users to mint and trade on Zora. Includes sharing post links and alternative clients.

Eligible recipients who meet the following bonus criteria may receive additional allocation:

Auction House

ETH earned or spent from won auctions on the legacy Auction House contracts. Includes creators and bidders.

Saint Fame

Held or claimed $ICK and/or $FAME

Zorb Holder

Zorb holders (https://zorb.dev)

OG User

Have interacted with all Zora protocols since 2020, including but not limited to Markets, Auction House, 721, 1155s, Wow and Coins since the founding of the protocol.

OG Builders

Built projects using legacy Zora contracts such as Auction House and Markets.

Allocation details:

  • Only ERC-721, ERC-1155 and ERC-20 contracts created by official Zora factories are considered for the allocation. Contracts from various versions of the protocol, including Auction House, Markets, and Wow, are also included.

  • Addresses that have been flagged as high-risk by Elliptic, a blockchain analysis platform, were not eligible for this airdrop
